These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkr32 website located at pkr32.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the pkr32 brand ("pkr32", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting, browsing or otherwise using this Platform, you ("User", "you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

pkr32 is an English-language online betting information platform built for Pakistani users. The Platform provides informational guides, bonus term explanations, responsible gambling resources and general educational content about online betting and gambling products. pkr32 does not operate a casino, sportsbook or any other gambling service; does not accept wagers; and does not process any financial transactions on behalf of users.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and pkr32.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to the pkr32 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation or rule applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for informational purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor or in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

pkr32 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it believes a User does not meet these eligibility requirements or is in breach of these Terms.

pkr32 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or data-mining software to extract Content from the Platform.
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works based on the Platform or its Content.
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion of it within another website or application without prior written permission.

pkr32 reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Any use of the Platform outside the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

When using the pkr32 Platform, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) or any other applicable statute.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems or databases.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam or malicious code through the Platform.
• Impersonate pkr32, its representatives, or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform.
• Post, upload or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Use the Platform to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required.

pkr32 endeavours to ensure that all Content published on the Platform is accurate, current and clearly presented. However, given the nature of the online gambling industry — where operator terms, bonus conditions and payment processes change frequently — pkr32 makes no guarantee that any specific piece of Content reflects the current state of any operator's offering at the time you access it.

Where PKR amounts, payment references (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) or sports contexts (such as PSL cricket or T20 tournaments) appear in our Content, these are provided as contextual illustrations relevant to Pakistani users only. All Content on the pkr32 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkr32 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The pkr32 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of pkr32. You may not use any pkr32 brand elements without our prior written permission.

You may access and print individual pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or republish any Content in any medium without express written consent.
• Sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit any Content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice from any Content.
• Use any Content in a manner that misrepresents its source or association with pkr32.

Any third-party trademarks, service marks or product names mentioned on the Platform (including payment provider names) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on pkr32 does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

The pkr32 Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content.
• Any warranty that defects in the Platform will be corrected.

pkr32 does not claim to be licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial gambling authority. No Content on this Platform should be interpreted as implying such authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr32 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Financial loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any Content published on the Platform.
• Damages arising from your inability to access or use the Platform at any given time.
• Damages arising from any gambling activity undertaken following your use of this Platform.
• Damages resulting from the conduct or terms of any third-party gambling operator referenced on this Platform.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability asserted — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise — even if pkr32 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The pkr32 Platform may reference or mention third-party operators, payment service providers, sports leagues, tournaments and other entities for contextual and informational purposes only. Such references — including mentions of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, PSL, ICC tournaments and other organisations — do not constitute:

• An endorsement, recommendation or affiliation with any such third party.
• A representation that any such party supports, endorses or is affiliated with pkr32.
• A guarantee of the availability, quality or reliability of any third-party service.

pkr32 exercises no control over the practices, terms, pricing or availability of any third-party service referenced on this Platform. Users engage with any third-party operator or service entirely at their own risk and subject to that party's own terms and conditions.

pkr32 is designed primarily for Pakistani users and operates as an informational resource. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling activities in Pakistan depends on the applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations in force at the relevant time.

pkr32 does not claim that gambling is legal in Pakistan, does not encourage users to violate applicable law, and does not seek authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their gambling activities comply with the laws of their jurisdiction at all relevant times.

pkr32 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any change has been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, to the extent permissible in the relevant jurisdiction.

Given that pkr32 serves Pakistani users and that Pakistan has its own legal framework including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, users in Pakistan remain subject to and solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws. These Terms do not override, circumvent or limit any obligations Users may have under Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
